25 Days of Christmas Challenge: Day 3 - Green and Red Nails

Let me start by saying that the two colors that I used for this mani are amazing!  I am completely in love with this green and I think it is my new favorite green!
The colors are two news ones that I picked up at Cosmo Prof, which in itself is amazing.  If you don't know what Cosmo Prof is it is a store like Sally's Beauty but only professionals can shop there.  I had a very nice woman at work give me her card so that I could go shopping.  They carry all OPI products, China Glaze, CND, and a new line called Venique (which I will be sharing because it is such an interesting polish).  The prices!  All OPI colors were only $4.50!!!!! I wonder if I can get a fake license so I can get a card for the store! :)
Anyways back to the mani....
My colors are China Glaze Peace on Earth (LOVE IT!!!) and OPI Muppets Collection Wocka Wocka (I could only get the mini set of this :( ).  I also used Konad Stamp m60 for the cool argyle look.

The stamping is not perfect, sorry.  I was in a hurry to get the mani done and did not put as much effort into it as I could have.  All I did was apply both polishes and then stamped the opposite color on each nail.  The green actually turned out to look like gold on the red.  That's probably because Peace on Earth has a shimmery gold accent to it, beautiful!  Wocka Wocka also has a great shimmer to it!  Both were very easy to apply and went on fabulously (2 coats)!
Sorry about the messy nails! I started using a new polish remover and it totally sucks!  It made clean up such a chore!

  1. Just found your blog! I love this design. I use straight acetone for cleanup. Really makes it easy. Am a new follower!

  2. Thanks! I use to use straight acetone but I stopped because my husband told me I was going to ruin my liver! :) I am going to the hardware store today to get some more acetone. A pretty mani is more important than a liver! :)
