Zeus Was A Castaway?!?!

Last Saturday I stopped at my local Walgreens because I heard that Sinful Colors had a new collection out.  Of course I had to check it out!!  Overall I was unimpressed by what I saw.  Most of the colors were variations of green and blue, not much imagination!  Also what's up with the names?  Why is the collection called Castaway but the polishes have Greek names?  Shouldn't they have names about being castaway on a deserted island?!?!  Anyone else confused by this?

There were a few colors that stood out.  One of these was Zeus.  This is a purple version of Cinderella and is just beautiful!
2 coats of effortless application:

Isn't it pretty?  I couldn't stop staring at my nails!
I added a stamp using Sally Hansen Gray Area and RA120.  I really like the color combo I got with Gray Area and you can still see the gorgeous shimmer.  I topped it off with 2 coats of NYC.

If you love Cinderella you will love Zeus. He's such a pretty boy! :)

  3. I love this color and what you did with the stamp! I was also confused by the castaway name.. why wouldn't they name the collection after Greece then? So weird.

  4. Well Hellloooo Zeus, super pretty. Nothing like Mr. Zeus, but it's pretty as a purple.

  6. I picked up a few of these today. I saw Zeus and had to have it. I couldn't capture the pink shimmer in my pictures. When I post my swatches, I'm going to link back to you. I don't get the names either.
