Spring Striping

I have been having so much fun with my striping polishes lately!  I ended up picking up 3 at Sally for the buy 2 get 1 free sale, then I found some cool Jordana ones at KMart and finally Cosmo Prof now carries the Color Club Nail Art Stripers!!  Wait until you see the holo Color Club ones I got, AMAZING!!!!!

I started with a new favorite, BL Cream Tea, 3 coats.

My next step was to add yellow stripes using the Striping Polish from Sally's, no name.  Please ignore the pinky and ring fingers, I didn't know what design I wanted until I got to my middle finger.  Also, I didn't like how the yellow dried.  It got all these little cracks! :(

Next, I added the blue polish.  I really like this blue color! No cracking and both dry matte.

I added some dots using the same blue.

Now for some yellow dots.

2 coats of NYC.  I just love how the top coat smooths everything out and softens the design! :)

I really love the end result with this design!  Its spring-y, kind of flower-y and bright.  It's a happy design! :)
