ASBMF Challenge: Day 11 - Eggs and Chicks

I have to admit that completing this challenge in May was kind of  weird...I was thinking it was Easter again!  I don't have much to say about this design.  I am happy with my freehand skills.  It makes me so proud of myself to see how much I have improved since I started this blog! ROCK ON! :)

I started by applying 3 coats of NYC Taxi Yellow Creme.  This is probably the worst yellow that I have ever worked with!  It applied horribly and was very streaky.

For the next step, I used Color Club Art Club in White to outline my egg shells.

Using the same polish I filled in my egg shells.

I added the details to my chicks using my dotting tools and AC White, China Glaze Liquid Leather and Sally Hansen Sun Kissed.

I topped it all off with 2 coats of SV.

I will be keeping this in mind for next Easter!  It was much easier than I thought it would be! :)
