LDS Challenge: Day 8 - In the Garden

I have done so many garden mani lately that I really didn't want to do another one!  However, I got some wonderful inspiration from Lucy, Lucy's Stash, and her carrot/parsnip mani!  This lead to a vegetable garden design.

I started with 2 coats of OH MY GOSH Nude Champagne. Love it!

I took pictures of each step, but some of them are really bad.  I didn't want to walk outside each time so the lighting was horrible and some of the pictures are blurry.  Sorry!

First was my corn. I used China Glaze Holly-Day and a striping brush to create the stalk.

I used the striping brush and Zoya Pippa to add the corn cobs.

A little green to in the corner using Holly-Day.

For my carrot I used a striping brush and Sally Hansen Sun Kissed.

Outlined and added depth with a striping brush and China Glaze Liquid Leather.

Added green leafing using Holly-Day and a striping brush.

Next is my tomato plant.  I used a striping brush and Holly-Day to create the stalk.

Using the striping brush and Julep January, I just dotted it on.

I saved the eggplant for last.  I used the striping brush and OPI Funkey Dunkey.

I outlined it with Liquid Leather and added the leafing with Holly-Day.

The finished product.

2 coats of NYC.

There are things that I wish had turned out better, but overall I like my vegetable garden!
