Deborah Lippman Waking Up In Vegas and Once Upon A Polish Whosits and Whatsits Galore

Wait until you see this awesome polish combo I have to share!

Let me start with Deborah Lippman Waking Up In Vegas.  Waking Up In Vegas was one of the first DLs that I purchased.  I love a grey polish and this one is gorgeous!  The polish is described as a putty grey.  When I look at this polish I see some taupe undertones that make it really unique.  Application is easy and opaque in 2 coats.  I overloaded my brush on a couple nails and ended up with some bubbles, my fault.

Now for  the fun stuff!  I recently purchased a bottle of Whosits and Whatsits Galore.   This is my first Once Upon A Polish...polish and I am pleasantly surprised with how much I liked it.  To be honest, it was an impulse purchase, and those don't always turn out good!

This is a bottle full of red and green matte glitter, black squares and white hexes.  I love this combo!  I added 1 coat to Waking Up In Vegas and the 1 coat was awesome!  It added that extra pop to the mani, but you could add another coat if you really want the glitter to stand out.

I added 2 coats of HK Girl, which smoothed it out.

I am very pleased with this purchase and can't wait to try it with other color combos!

You can purchase this polish and others at Kimberly's Etsy Store and check out her Facebook page for shop updates.

  5. That's a very interesting mix of glitters. On the grey it reminds me a little bit of when there's snow on the TV screen :)
