Summer Challenge: Day 44 - Summer Splatter

I love splatter designs.  They rank towards the top of my techniques, but they are a pain to clean up after! Especially when using darker colors!  But they do look so cool!

In the past I have typically used white as my base with this design.  This time I decided to use a color.  I started with 2 coats of China Glaze Sun-Kissed.

My first splatter was China Glaze Ride the Waves.

Second - China Glaze Under the Boardwalk

Third - OPI Fly

Last - OPI Kiss Me On My Tulips

I added 2 coats of Northern Lights for some sparkle and 2 coats of HK Girl.

Because of the neons, I think it has a very 80s Summer feel to it.  Now I just need to tease my bangs and find some Lycra shorts! :)
