Digit-al Dozen Does: Halloween - Zombie Nails

Tonight I have my Zombie nails!

Last month I was able to get my hands on Dollish Polish Zombie Flesh and I have been waiting for this mani to use it!  I also got to use one of my Sonoma Nail Art Halloween polishes!  Very exciting!

Yes, yes...I know...how is this going to be easy to duplicate when I used indie polishes that are difficult to obtain???? Just because I used indie polish doesn't mean you have to!  Any dirty, grey, green and red or purple glitter would be perfect for this design!

On to my nails...
I started with 2 coats of Zombie Flesh.  I am LOVING this polish!

To add my bloody flesh to my Zombie skin I went with Deadly Zins.  This is so much more than a red glitter.  There is also a hint of purple which makes it really interesting!
All I did was use an eye shadow applicator and randomly dabbed the glitter on each nail.

I love how it looks like flesh hanging off my nail! So cool!

I topped it off with 2 coats of Gelous and 1 coat of NYC.

It looks like my Zombie has been tearing through human flesh getting to the yummy parts!  Okay that might have been a tad gross! :)

  6. I am not into zombies personally, but the Zombie Flesh polish is very appealing to me. It has just the right balance.
