Sat-ART-Day Club - Tarts and 1950s

I am late tonight in more than one way!
Last Saturday was the beginning of The Crumpet's Nail Tarts Sat-ART-Day Club.  I had meant to take part but I forgot. Then I got busy celebrating my hubby's birthday and didn't get to do my nails!  So I am making up for it tonight!  I did last Saturday's mani and today's!

First, my tart nails!
For this design I decided to go with raspberry tarts! Yummy!

I started with 2 coats of Essence Space Queen.

I added my crust using OH MY GOSH Nude Champagne.

Using a dotting tool and Barry M Raspberry I added my fruit filling.

I used Milani Black Swift to add my raspberry seeds.

For the whipped topping I used the same dotting tool and Milani White on the Spot.

And I topped it off with 2 coats of HK Girl.

Today's design was all about the 1950s.  Seeing that I am planning on wearing a poodle skirt for Halloween this year, I went with poodle skirt nails!

I started with 2 coats of 2 unnamed Color Club pink polishes.

This was the perfect time to pull out my bottle of Punk'd Up Betty to use as an accent!

My poodles came from BM04 and Milani Black and White.  I topped it off with 1 coat of HK Girl.

  7. I have loved poodle skirts since I was a little girl. I remember going to play practice at our church when I was about 5. They were practicing for a dance routine in a play and all the girls were wearing them. Ever since then I have wanted one. I'm so jealous that you're wearing one for Halloween!
Ever since your Olympic posts I have wanted White On The Spot and I finally found it the other day. I've used it in my last two mani's. Thank you so much.
