Sat-ART-Day Club - Mayans/End of the World

I almost didn't get this post done! I have been a busy lady today...I gave the house a serious cleaning for the holidays and I am still doing laundry.  It got to the point that I was seriously thinking about skipping and then the drive to not give up kicked in!  So I came up with a quick design that seems to embody the end of the world...which didn't happen, unless this is like LOST and we don't know we are dead yet! :)

I started with 2 coats of China Glaze Brownstone.

Next, I added a coat of China Glaze Electrify.

Then I did something that I haven't done in a LONG time, I added CRACKLE!!  1 coat of China Glaze Black Mesh.

To bring the whole design together I added the date using GA39 and Essie Penny Talk.  Plus 2 coats of HK Girl.

Alright, back to the laundry and present wrapping! Still need to get one gift..UGH!!

  8. At first, I was thinking that you almost didn;t get it done because the Apocalypse was coming. Then I realized it was a Saturday posting, so I had to read on. :) Very, very nice nail art. I like the progressive shots. It makes it easier to see how the design evolved. Thanks for posting it. Very classy look.
