Winter Holidays Challenge: Day 8 - New Year's Eve

Today is the final day of the Winter Holidays Challenge!  I didn't think that I would be able to finish the challenge when it started, but I did! And I didn't miss a single one!  It's the small things in life that make me happy!

I was going to do party streamers but after I finished the first step, I loved it so much I didn't want to cover it up!  I ended up with a simple, yet fun design that anyone can do!

The inspiration for this design came from a polish I won from Frosso at Lacquer Me Silly.  I won a mini polish created just for her and it really is perfect for her!
This is Hit Polish Lacquer Me Silly:

When I got it I knew that I wanted to do a jelly sandwich!

The jellies I used are Zoya Paloma and Katherine, as an accent.  Here are some pictures so you can see Lacquer Me Silly over 1 coat of each jelly.

I layered another coat of Paloma and Katherine over Lacquer Me Silly.  Unfortunately, because my camera hates these two tones, the brightness of this mani does not come across.  Katherine, accent, actually is a beautiful purple color and Paloma is a bright pink!

I was going to add a stamp but I just love how fun and bright it looks that I left it alone!  I did add 1 coat of HK Girl.

Nothing like a fun mani for a New Years Party!
