Milani Textures Swatches and Review

I have to admit that when I first saw these textures I didn't really like them.  I like when my polish is smooth, not lumpy.  After playing around with the Milani Textures, I think I changed my mind.

For the first group I decided to do a skittle:

Starting with my index finger, 2 coat each; Aqua Splash, Spoiled Fuchsia, Tainted in Red and Purple Streak.

They were really easy to apply and dried quite fast.

I really like Purple Streak and Aqua Splash.

I thought that the last two would be perfect together.
Here is Yellow Mark and Shady Grey, 2 coats.

I wanted to see how a stamp would look, so I used W113, BM88 and Milani White on the Spot.

I think it looks pretty cool!

These are not something that I would wear everyday, but I do think they are interesting. The formula is great and the application was easy.  I love that they dried so fast and the colors are so vibrant.

If you are looking for something different and fun I would totally recommend these textures!

  2. Perfect, as always! I don't have any texture polishes yet, but when I spied the summer Pixies from Zoya, I knew I had to have them! I really love the stamp you did with the grey and yellow :D Too cute! And it looks like stamps work OK on textures, that was something I was wondering :)

  4. I think they are kind of cool on their own, but there is something about the look of this texture with stamping that I love.
