Born Pretty Store Stamping Plate Review

I have another stamping plate from the Born Pretty Store to share with you today!

Here is plate Q39.

The main reason I wanted to review this plate was for the British flag design.  However, once I got it I knew it wouldn't work for me.

As you can see the designs stamp really well, except for the flag.  You have to be careful when clearing off the excess polish because you will drag the polish out of the design.  This happened to me, causing a large empty spot in the design.

I also used the BPS stamping polish with the plate.  I find that my Milani white works much better than this stamping white.

Overall, I think this plate has some fabulous designs one it and works really well.  The flag designs are too large for my small nail beds however I think I can work around that, and the polish pulling, to make the plate work for me.

You can purchase this plate through the Store site for $2.99.  Don't forget to use my discount code on your purchase: GH10L91.

  1. Shame about the flag not stamping properly but still, lovely stamping :)

  2. I have found that if you pull the polish across the stamp in a way that does not intersect a vertical line (for the flag from corner to corner) it pulling the polish out. Even some of the stamps with thin lines need to be scraped in the "correct" direction.

  3. scrape very gently for designs with a lot of space like that. i found if you push down to hard (with whatever you're using to scrape) it will do what it did to you.
