Digit-al Dozen Does: Tape Manis - Holo Stripes

I have another big tape mani today...and by big I mean lots of tape!  I wanted to do something that mixed creme with glitter.  I love the contrast with these types of designs.  There is just something striking about it.

Instead of a glitter I went with a holo.  I applied two coats of Milani HI-TECH.

Next, I added my different tape designs.

To finish the design I added a coat of Milani White on the Spot.  White on the Spot began to turn light green as soon as I applied it!

I actually like how it changed color.  It gives the design a vintage feel that I really like!

I think my vintage, tape design turned out pretty cool! I love the holo peeking through!

  4. I've always loved this design, and sometimes when I use a green from Bettina - it does this to my white also!
