I am so excited about this month's NCC theme! I wanted to do it for the past two months but the votes went the other way. There wasn't anything specific that I had planned, I just liked the variety of the theme! I am hoping to see some awesome designs!
For my first Around the World theme I went with the place that is on the top of dream list, Scotland. I have been dreaming about visiting Scotland for as long as I can remember. It is the home of my ancestors and a place that I have always felt a strong connection to. So I was very happy to do this design today!
I started with two coats of Zoya Purity and Robyn.
I created the Scottish flag but taping off my nails and adding a coat of Robyn.
For the accent, and special addition, I added the National Animal of Scotland...the Unicorn! Yes, the Unicorn! If you don't believe me Google it!
I used W117 and Essie Good As Gold to apply my Unicorn.
I love my Scottish nails! They represent my pride perfectly! Now I need to come up with ideas for the other three posts!
