The Digit-al Dozen Does: Red, Gold and Green - Dots

I am so excited to be posting today! Not only is it the start of another Digit-al Dozen theme week it is also the first manicure I have done in two weeks!  It felt so good to paint my nails again!  I decided to keep it simple but interesting with a dotticure!

I started with two coats of Essence Do You Speak Love?.  A fantastic deep, red.

Oh, I have a disclaimer too...I haven't had time to figure out the lighting in the new house so my first few manicures are suffering from poor lighting.  I actually can't believe how horrible the lighting is in this house!

I added my dots using Essence Deep Sea, Baby and Mister Rusty.

This is why I love dotticures!  They are so easy to do, anyone can do them, and they give you such a fabulous manicure for any occasion!

  1. This looks great! And I understand...when I moved it took a bit of time to figure out my new lighting scheme!

  7. That's one thing I hate about new houses - finding good lighting! I do love that red though :)

  10. My nails would be trashed if I didn't paint them for two weeks. When I paint them, I remember to oil them and lotion my hands, and I don't pick at them.
