Pahlish Doctor Who

I can't think of a better way to end the week than with a Doctor Who post!  Especially a post that makes me very proud!
Pahlish recently released a duo that is inspired by one of my all time favorite episodes of Doctor Who, Vincent and the Doctor.  This was the second episode that made me cry like a baby, of course the first was Journey's End.  It is a must see!

The duo is based on Starry Starry Night and I think this is the best interpretation of the painting, also from the episode.

I began my design with two coats of Fields of Provence.  Description - saturated cornflower blue creme with rich gold and charcoal flakes.

I swatched and dabbed Brighter Than Sunflowers to three fingers. Description - topcoat with scattered gold flakes, deep blueberry metallic, and matte periwinkle glitter accented by periwinkle mini stars and neon yellow hex/stars.

I used Misa Tumble Bug and Silly Daffodils, with a striping brush, to add the petals of my sunflowers.

Using a dotting tool and OPI Cointreau-Versial Chocolate, I added my centers.

I had to add a touch of Doctor Who!  I stamped the TARDIS using Jr31 and butter LONDON Cotton Buds.

This is one of my all time favorite Doctor Who designs!  From the polish to the glitter and the sunflowers, it makes me so happy!  I can't end this post without sharing one of the best scenes!
