The Digit-al Dozen Does: Floral - Froggie Floral

The idea behind today's design was to feature a glitter, specifically Sonoma Nail Art Flippin' Out.  I have had these beautiful new Sonoma's sitting there just waiting to be used.  I was looking for a green background and remember that I had Flippin' Out.

I applied two coats of Flippin' Out.  As you can see it is quite sheer.  If wearing alone, I would add a lime green base for depth.

I used Bundle Monster stamping polish in purple and Nail Craze 03 to add my floral image.

I decided to add some different color dots for the berries, unfortunately I went with the wrong color.  Yellow was a poor choice.  I should have done something like pink.

Yep, it would have been much better if I had used a different color for the dots.  Isn't Flippin' Out fantastic as a base?!?

  1. I still like them even with the yellow. That base is fun!

  2. It may have looked good with pink dots but I think the yellow really lets the stamping shine.
