I have something a little different today. It is polish from a monthly subscription service called Color Me Monthly. I did not know that this existed before I was contacted. It does sound pretty interesting.
Color Me Monthly was founded by two sisters. They believe that having high quality, environmentally friendly polish should not be expensive. They created their company with this goal in mind. Their nail polish is non-toxic and carcinogen-free, never tested on animals, vegan, eco-friendly. made in the USA and shipped FREE. They offer three types of plans; monthly ($7), half-yearly ($40) and yearly ($75). You will receive one polish every month with your subscription.
Now for the polish! I have three to share.
Pennywise - a copper duochrome. A tad thin but applied nicely in two coats.
Annapolis - dark, rich purple. Opaque in one coat. Smooth and flawless application.
Blustery Day - soft blue-grey. Thinner formula but evened out in two coats.
I used all three to create this design. The image is from PUEEN12.
Overall I was impressed with the polish. Yes, two were a tad thin but not to the point of being annoying. If you are not interested in a subscription but would like the polish you can purchase the ones you like. Head over to Color Me Monthly to check out the rest of their line.
