For today's Fairy Tale, I was inspired by The Snow Queen. I must admit that I have never actually read this tale. I have seen a couple movie versions of the tale that I love. I like the one that came out in 2002 and there is another version, I think out of the UK, that is my favorite.
I could have gone all white with this design, however I really like the idea of a frozen blue color. I thought butter LONDON Victoriana was would make the best base. The silver shimmer was perfect! I applied one coat.
I added some snowflakes using Spotlight White and BP01.
I added gold crowns using As Good As Gold and MM05.
Lastly, I topped it off with some more snow! This is one coat of The Outer Edge. Isn't this glitter amazing?!
What a great take on the prompt! :D
