The Digit-al Dozen Does: Fairy Tales - Storybook

I am excited to share today's design because it is my favorite of the week.  When I started creating it I didn't think it would be anything special, but for me it is pretty awesome!  I was going to do a scene from a Fairy Tale however as I was working I decided that instead of creating this whole big scene I would just add the important elements of a fairy tale.  A lot less stressful, which is why I think it turned out so well.

My design started with two coats of Barry M Coconut.

Using the Saran Wrap technique, I distressed my nails using Lychee, Cocoa and Chai.

My storybook needed some words.  I applied them using Chai and MoYou London Scholar 02.

And the elements of a good Fairy Tale!  I used images from MoYou London Scholar 02 and MM05.  The colors are Blue Plum, Mustard, Chili, Watermelon and Guava.

  1. I love this take on the fairy tale cue, it gives your creativity a structure to hang its hat on. Well-figured!
