butter LONDON High Tea Collection Swatches and Review

Press Sample

Anytime butter LONDON releases new shades I get so excited! butter LONDON is one of my favorite companies.  I know that some people have issues with the formulas, but I never did.  I love the shades and glitters they come up with.  When I saw the new lacquers in the High Tea Collection I couldn't wait to try them out!  I have three lacquers from the collection to share.

Ruby Murray - yummy, squishy berry creme.  I applied two coats and still had VNL, but with a jelly-like finish I wasn't surprised.  This color is gorgeous!

Sloane Ranger - olive, khaki with silver shimmer.  Fantastic coverage in two coats.  This actually isn't a new lacquer.  Sloane Ranger came out in 2012. I remember because it came out around the same time as Two Fingered Salute and I bought TFS instead.  I am so happy to finally add this to my collection!

Cheers! - marigold yellow.  It looks much softer on the site.  As you can see it is a tad darker.  I LOVE this shade! It is a fantastic yellow!  The formula is a little thick but it didn't effect the application.  I was also worried that it would be chalky but it is a nice shiny creme.  I applied two coats.

I used the three lacquers, plus Cream Tea, to create some abstract flowers.  I started with two coats of Cream Tea.

Using a makeup sponge, I added Cheers!.

I used a nail art brush to add some Ruby Murray  flowers.

Lastly, I sponged Sloane Ranger to the center of each flower.

butter LONDON polishes are available at butterlondon.com and selected retail stores.
