These are the reviews that I love doing. Not that I don't love playing around with new polish. If you haven't figured it out yet, I LOVE stamping! Stamping is my favorite of all the nail arts. I'm not a very good freehander, but I have noticed some improvement lately, and stamping allows me to create all these awesome designs that I normally wouldn't be able to do. Anytime I get the chance to review new plates I am one crazy, happy lady!
I already shared a couple other reviews of the Bundle Monster Secret Garden Collection and so far I have not been disappointed. In case you didn't know or I hadn't stated it already, this collection is known as Buffet Style. This means that the images create a scene that fills up the entire plate. I think these types of plates inspire me to be more creative. Lots of skittles and double stamping.
Today I have a design I created using plate 724.
This plate has a wonderful, whimsical feel. I really like the roses. The image is unique and interesting. At first glance, I could tell that it was etched perfectly and I would have no trouble with image transfer.
I used two coats of Coconut as the base of my manicure.
I wanted a soft, pastel manicure. To achieve this look I used Grapefruit and Elderberry to apply my images. A different color for each flower. Here is a true test of plate construction, pastels! As you can see the images transferred perfectly. Good plates and good polish!
I thought the design was missing something, so I added some Sugar Apple dots. I was going for leaves in the background. I think I nailed it! Such a gorgeous green.
Lastly, I thought it needed some sparkle. I added a coat of my favorite holo top coat, Northern Lights.
I get such a feeling of pride and accomplishment when my stamping is immaculate. Results this good are made possible when the tools and materials you use are foolproof. Another well made plate from Bundle Monster.
