The Nail Challenge Collaborative Presents: 3rd Anniversary Celebration - Recreate Member Designs

I am back with another NCC recreation!  Seeing that April ends this week I need to fit in the rest of my recreations!  I really did wait until the last minute.

For my second recreation I decided to try out Zara's design from last month's inspired by fashion theme.  I love this funky design and was looking for a chance to practice my freehand.  Mine didn't turn out exactly like Zara's but I still like it.

I started with two coats of Suzi Shops and Island Hops.  This pink is actually very close to the pink Zara used, mine is just washed out in the photos.  Really wish my camera wouldn't do this!

I added my blue accents using Keeping Suzi at Bay.  I used a nail art brush to add each accent.  As you can see, this is where I made the mistake on my middle finger. I made the design too big.  Oh well.  I wasn't going to let that stop me!

For the yellow accents I used Barielle Lemondrops and the same nail art brush.

My lines are not as neat as Zara's but I still like how it turned out.  It is a unique look and I do like these different types of designs!

Make sure you stop by and see what the other ladies recreated!
