The Digit-al Dozen Does: Neon - Splatter Stamp

I am calling today's design a "splatter" but it really isn't.  I kind of "splattered" the polish, with a dotting tool, but it doesn't fall under the classic definition of splatter.  I just didn't know what else to call it!

I started with two coats of Snow Motion.

I added my neon using a dotting tool and the following colors: On the Brightside of Life, Mrs. Brightside, Bright, Brighter and Brightess and Little Miss Sunshine.

My image is from Born Pretty LO14 and I used Black Swift to apply it.

I love the colors under the stamp! They really make this design pop!

  3. What a lovely design! It always amazes me how stamping over a random pattern can really transform the manicure. So pretty!

  6. This is amazing - I think it might be my favorite of the week! I love how you don't have to be precise with the neon, and it looks so awesome under the stamping.
